March Peer Group - Building profit through customer retention

Robert CravenWe kick off our 2016 series of Peer Groups – which are being run with North American channel experts VARTrends – with a visit from entrepreneur and motivational speaker Robert Craven.

Robert is an international keynote business speaker, author and consultant who was running his own company at the age of 21. He regularly appears on ‘top 100’ lists in both speaking and entrepreneurship and his no-nonsense style has seen him work with top names including Virgin, Barclays and BlackBerry.

He is also MD of The Directors’ Centre and Director of Cranfield’s Growth Masterclass and has held the position of Director of Consultancy at Warwick Business School.

For the March Peer Group event – which is free to any MSP technology, software or business working within the IT channel – Robert will be speaking about customer retention.

This is one of the current buzz topics within the IT industry at the moment, but how does it equate to profit and what sort of customer service creates retention?

At the end of our Peer Group, as a result of attending Robert’s workshop, you will go away with an understanding of the following key areas:

  • How good is my business?
  • What is the relationship between profit, customer service and retention?
  • What creates retention and profitability? What do the award winners do differently?
  • How to design and deliver a customer retention strategy.
  • An action list to improve retention and profitability for your own business.
